What we collect and why
| Trade accounts (roasters) and producer accounts | When you sign up or log in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them to create and run your account, check it before approving it, and contact you about your account, orders and lots. We never see or store your Google password. |
| Lot information from producers | If you’re a producer, we keep the lot details, photos and documents you send us so we can review them and present your coffee to UK roasters. |
| Contact form | Your name, email, phone number (if given) and message, so we can reply to you. |
| Newsletter | Your first name and email address, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time from any newsletter email. |
| Website use | Analytics tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) record how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device, approximate location) so we can improve it. Our security tools also log IP addresses to block attacks. |
