Description

Coffeeneer Sumatra Gayo coffee characterises as having a strong body, with medium acidity and a touch of spice. Its strong character makes it popular as a favourite mixture for house blends in cafes, especially in the United States and Europe.

Although Gayo is part of Sumatra, coffee which is typically known for its full body, our Sumatra Gayo coffee has more complexities of flavour and aroma, roundness of sweet-toned acidity, mouthfeel of medium high body, and a clean aftertaste. It’s been graded and evaluated by our Q Grader to have a distinct dark chocolate aroma and sweet citric with a pronounced hint of herbs and spice.
